Based on IAP2’s internationally recognized Global Learning Pathway, this professional development bundle offers a focused pathway in conflict and emotion management within public participation. It builds on foundational public participation principles and provides participants with approximately 28 hours of effective training in engagement, conflict dynamics, and strategies for working in challenging situations.

Upon successful completion of the courses, participants receive a "Certificate of Completion" to acknowledge their accomplishment and verify their training hours.
